Wasn't sure what to expect but the silent disco walk was wonderful! Beautiful guided walk with uplifting music, singing, a spot of dancing and plenty of bubble clouds wafting over us to take us away from the everyday norms and appreciate the beauty our surroundings. And the homemade sweet treat was delicious! Highly recommend.

I had a gorgeous Indian head massage with Kiera. The atmosphere in her lovely studio was calm and she’s a very friendly and warm person. Lovely, relaxing treatment.

Today i had an Indian head massage and a Reiki session at Wellnest and it was such a wonderful experience. As it was my first time trying these treatments, I was a little nervous, but Kiera and Liz were absolutely fabulous – so warm, welcoming, and professional. They immediately put me at ease and explained everything clearly. The whole experience was deeply relaxing and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and uplifted.
